![]() ![]() On March 13, 2020, I received an e-mail and a phone call from ****** Ordstrand letting me know that my tour dates had been rescheduled due to international travel being postponed. I made full payment of ****** by check that was received by the company on February 10, 2020. On SeptemI put down a **** deposit by credit card with Premier World Discovery for a guided tour of Cuba that was to depart on April 27, 2020. I am writing in complaint of Premier World Discovery, for its breach of contract and noncompliance with the California Seller of Travel Laws/Statute, insomuch as, not providing me with a **** refund per my request, for its failure to provide travel services purchased. Premier World Discovery is in breach of contract and in violation of the California Seller of Travel Laws/Statute for failure to issue a **** refund. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. It is in regards to the California Seller of Travel Laws Statue. I am aware of a previous complaint filed by a Premier World Discovery complaintant. I hope I do not have to seek further legal counsel to resolve my complaint and that a fair resolution can be attained. Premiere World Discovery is attempting to add/change the travel agency, M & M tours, without newly signed contratual agreement. The trip to Washington DC has never occurred and the travel agency is holding my funds. My original signed agreement is solely with Premier World Discovery. I did not agree to change the original departure dates. Premiere sent emails canceling and rescheduling dates of travel from 1) *** **** to **** *** ***** Second (2) cancellation and reschedule was from **** *** **** to *** ****** ***** Third ***** cancellation and reschedule was ***** ****** ****** The initial date of travel did not occur. The initial date for travel was *** ****** **** (booking #XXXXXX). Original contract signed for double room occupancy. We have been more than cooperative due to COVID 19 and feel customer service has been remiss in not notifying us of changes along the way.ĭispute is in regards to contractual agreement signed on XX-X-XXXX between myself and Premiere World Discovery CA (& Marshalltown IA Chamber). We are requesting a full refund (less $100) per person based on the new departure date of Oct. (remaining refund amount of **********ĥ0% Future Travel Credit ********* per person less $606.40 per person air credit held by Delta Airlines (remaining FTC amount $776.00 per person, valid for tours departing prior to ĭelta Airlines Air Credit of $606.40 per person is valid thru per current Delta policy. Premier World Discovery is offering to refund 1/2 of our travel expenses as follows:ĥ0% refund ******** per person less $100 per person already refunded when passengers were rescheduled for a second time, from Nov. Premier World Discovery claims full refund offer pertains to the ORIGINAL departure date only. We have had to reach out to them for any information.
